PROGRAM
This hotel was the renovation of a vintage hotel in Savannah's Historic District. The project included 20,000 SF banquet and conference facilities, a new porte cochere and entry lobby. Amenities included a bar/lounge, restaurant, coffee shop, outdoor pool with bar service, gift shop and fitness center.
