PROGRAM

This four-story resort hotel, located in the Texas Hill Country of Fredericksburg, Texas, will be situated next to a winery and a cabin park. The winery has already been designed and built by PVEDI, while construction on the cabin park is currently underway.

The hotel will feature 135 keys and will include a lobby, bar, restaurant, ballroom, meeting spaces, fitness center, spa, pool, and an outdoor patio with seating areas. The guestrooms will comprise a mix of king and queen beds, as well as suites. The hotel will operate as a Wyndham Dolce and is currently in the design development phase.
