PROGRAM
The Pratt Landing Waterfront Redevelopment includes residential units, Ground-floor Retail and Parking Structures. PVEDI is managing the Design Team and working in close collaboration with the Design Architect. The new plan consists of an optimized concept for new FEMA Flood Elevations; a revised concept for higher-density, taller structures; alternate additional private parcels; and a more cost-effective parking strategy.
