Completed in 2022, these two Class A commercial office buildings are 9- and 14-stories with a 3-story connector totaling 831,033 square feet and a 4.5 level, 1,800 space below grade parking garage.
The tenant is Charter Communications, a Fortune 500 Company. HLW served as the Design Architect for Tower 2. EDI is the Design Architect for Tower 1, the Connector & Parking Garage. EDI is also the Architect of Record for the Entire Project.
