ABOUT
With nearly three decades of experience, Peter leads the Pittsburgh office, guiding the design and execution of a wide range of project types. From the outset of his career, he has been involved in innovative and successful developments across sectors, including multi-family residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, higher education, and religious facilities.
Peter’s responsibilities span all phases of project delivery from conceptual and schematic design through design development, construction documentation, and detailing. He is also deeply involved in code compliance reviews, coordination with consultant teams, and oversight of construction administration activities, including shop drawing and submittal reviews, as well as on-site inspections.
In addition to his work during the design phases, Peter has performed facility condition assessments for a wide range of project types and complexities. Through the thorough gathering and documentation of building data, he has helped clients assess their campus needs and prioritize investments. This assessment work has broadened Peter’s engagement with the built environment, extending well beyond new construction to include the ongoing stewardship and optimization of existing facilities.
