ABOUT

Brit oversees the Architecture teams across all of our offices to ensure that we deliver the best designs and services to meet our clients’ needs. He involves himself personally in serving our clients. He is a nationally recognized leader in multi-family low, mid, high-rise and mixed-use design. His goal is to drive the design process to produce cost-effective, creative solutions for an extensive range of multi-family rental and for-sale condominium landmarks, as well as hospitality. Brit is sensitive to the reality of budget concerns, financial timetables, market research, project scheduling, and the coordination of the design documents.

Brit has actively led design for over $12.5 billion in construction costs for many of the largest and most recognized multi-family and hospitality leaders in the country, including Trammell Crow Residential, Alliance Residential, Wood Partners, Mill Creek Residential, Legacy Partners, Fore Property Company, Toll Brothers, Disney, Lend Lease, and others. Brit’s career includes working on some 84,500+ multi-family units, including more than 200+ mid-rises and 75+ high-rises. His ability to balance the bottom-line design and cost issues is the key to his success.
