Constructed of tunnel form cast-in-place concrete with a precast parking garage, this 28-story tower consists of 283 luxury multi-family apartment units ranging in size from 850 to 2,500 SF. The project includes a 650+ car parking garage, totals 701,193 SF, and was completed in 2008.
