Constructed of Tunnel Form Cast-in-Place Concrete with a Precast Parking Garage, this 28-Story Tower consists of 283 Luxury Multi-Family Apartment units ranging in size from 850 to 2,500 SF. The project includes a 650+ car parking garage and totals 701,193 SF. The project was completed in 2008.
