Constructed of post tension cast-in-place concrete, this 30-story tower consists of 230 luxury rental apartment units ranging from 653 to 2,074 SF, for a total of 479,505 SF and 273 DU/AC (on a 0.853 acre site). The project also features a 6-story parking garage with 358 spaces, and was completed in 2005.
