Constructed of a post tension, cast-in-place concrete frame with a precast parking garage, this 41-story tower consists of 426 luxury multi-family condominium units ranging from 650 to 2,400 SF. The building totals 625,000 SF, includes a 1,100 space parking garage, and was completed in 2009.
