PROGRAM

Situated less than a block from the north shore of Oleander, this 12 unit luxury apartment building is the first of its kind in Guyana – providing rooftop amenities to users enjoying ocean views while rising above the surrounding buildings. Amenities include a high-end gym, indoor/outdoor cooking areas, multiple bars, indoor flex spaces and various outdoor seating areas. The project is currently in the Construction Administration Phase.
