This 3-story Multi-Family Low-Rise Prototype in Selma, NC features three varieties of 12 Slab-on-Grade, Type 5, Construction buildings containing 348 units and surface parking. There are also 2 stand-alone garage configurations and a 5,000 GSF Clubhouse. The project is currently in progress.
