PROGRAM

This Adaptive Reuse Conversion of Jersey City Medical Center into a Mixed-Use Redevelopment is sited on a 14 Acre Campus. The existing buildings are on the National and New Jersey Registers of Historic Places. EDI worked on the conversion of two buildings into apartments and one building into a parking structure.  The Criterion includes 271 units and the Orpheum includes 157 units.
