This project is 5-story Type 3A wood frame construction above a 2-story Type 1A, 320 space concrete cast-in-place parking structure and includes 203 multi-family apartment units ranging in size from 705 to 1,899 SF. Sited on 1.481 acres at 137 DU/AC, the project was completed in the Spring of 2021.
