This project is 5-story wood frame above 1-story + basement cast-in-place concrete parking structure and consists of 214 apartment units ranging in size from 608 to 1,177 SF. Completed in 2015, the 1.45 acre site is 148 DU/AC and includes 299 parking spaces. The project was completed in the Winter of 2015.
