This project includes twelve 868 SF Single Family Detached homes sited on .88 acres with a 13.5 DU/AC. Designed as a mini-urban village, the collection of unattached townhouse style units feature barrel roofs and horizontal metal siding paired with glass rails on the balconies for an urban look not typically found in the suburbs.
